The main pump and the pilot pressure sensor are current type sensors, and the failure rate is low. The pressure is for reference only. If the pressure is 0 or a certain constant value in use, it is generally due to line failure. Just check the line. can.


Among them, 217# is to supply power to the sensor, and 541#, 542#, and 543# are signal output lines. Note that the output signal is a current signal. Therefore, do not disconnect the line from the measurement. Directly measure the output signal with a DC voltage file. If there is electricity, and the output voltage of each signal, if there is no output voltage, the circuit is generally broken or the sensor is damaged.


  15. Power supply voltage troubleshooting method


If the power supply voltage alarm is displayed on the display, please confirm whether it appears during normal use or during startup or shutdown. If it occurs during startup or shutdown, you can not exclude it. If it appears during normal use and keeps alarming, then The following steps need to be performed:


  If the power supply voltage alarm is always displayed, enter the display menu to check that the system voltage is 32V or above, it can be considered that the internal detection circuit of the main controller is faulty, and the controller needs to be replaced;


If the power supply voltage alarm has been prompted, enter the display menu to check that the system voltage is below 18V, then check whether the power supply of the main controller is normal. If the controller needs to be replaced normally, otherwise eliminate the power supply failure of the main controller, and confirm that the controller is working. The voltage of the device is within the normal range;


   This alarm does not affect the work of the whole machine, and can continue to be used without replacement of accessories.
