Gantry crane, also called gantry crane, is a variant of bridge crane. Mainly used for the loading and unloading operations of outdoor cargo yard, stock yard cargo and bulk cargo. If it is not checked and maintained frequently, it will shorten its life. The following editors will introduce some maintenance methods for you.
1. Types and requirements of periodic inspections Regular inspections include: weekly inspections. Monthly inspection and half-year inspection.
Weekly inspection
1. Check the wear of the brake shoes of each mechanism, the installation and fixation of each pin and its wear and lubrication; the working condition of the brake;
2. Check the contactor, controller contact burning status and contact status, the lubricating condition of the cam and roller shaft;
3. Check the transmission status of each mechanism and check whether the sound is normal;
4. Check the wear of steel wire rope used for more than half a year;
5. Check whether the key connection on the crane coupling and all the connection bolts are gone;
6. Check the lifting mechanism of the double brake, check the size of the power torque of each brake;
7. Check all lubricated parts and perform regular lubrication as required to ensure that the equipment has a good lubrication condition;
8. Thoroughly clean the crane to clear the dirt on the machine to eliminate oil leakage from the reducer.
Monthly inspection
1. Check whether the anchor bolts of the motor, speed reducer, angular bearing and other bases are firmly tightened, and should be tightened one by one;
2. Check the outstanding condition and degree of wear of the lubricating ring and carbon brush of the wire burning motor, and replace the worn carbon brush;
3. Check the wear of the working surface of the wire rope. Wire breakage, lubrication and tightening of the pressure plate bolts;
4. Check the working condition of each limit switch shaft, and lubricate with oil;
5. Check the lubricating condition of a deceleration and take measures to plug the leaking parts;
6. Check the wear of the insulation layer at the nozzle of the cut wire;
7. Check the winding condition and wear condition of the wire rope at the fixed pulley, and lubricate the circumference of the pulley.
Half-year inspection
1. Check the brake pad wear of each mechanism, replace the damaged parts, and lubricate the main parts of the rotating parts;
2. Check the pole surface of the electromagnet to remove the dirt Check the short circuit ring, electromagnet coil and its wiring connection status;
3. Check and adjust the braking torque of the brake, magnet stroke, the gap between the brake shoe and the brake wheel;
4. Check the gear engagement and wear status of all reducers. Replace damaged parts to remove oil leakage, oil lubrication after cleaning, and tighten all connecting bolts and anchor bolts;
5. Check the various electrical components in the protection and control screen, check the controller, resistor, and the connection of the terminal block and the screw, and tighten them one by one at the same time
6. Tighten all connecting bolts and fastening bolts on the crane
7. Check the running status of the wheels of large and small cars, the wear of the rim and rolling surface, and lubricate the bearings
8. Check the insulation status of all electrical equipment, and replace it if it does not meet the technical requirements
9. Check whether the main welds of the main beam and the end beam are welded, corroded, etc., the main stress parts have fatigue cracks, and whether the various guardrails and brackets are intact
2. Types and contents of maintenance
Daily maintenance
1. Clean the dust and oil on the driver's cab and the fuselage;
2. Check whether the brake clearance is appropriate;
3. Check the wear condition of the steel wire rope of each transmission belt machine;
4. Check whether the connecting bolts of each transmission part are firm;
5. Check whether the contacts of the electrical part are close to each other;
6. Check the contact of the slider of the current collector on the sliding line;
7. Check whether the safety devices such as electric bell, limit switch, windproof rail clamp are sensitive and reliable.
First-level maintenance
One level of maintenance every 300h (refers to mechanical operation hours)
1. All contents of daily maintenance;
2. Lubricate the wire rope, gear coupling, hinge points of the brake, rotation of the limit switch, chain, etc. as required;
3. Check whether the oil level of the reducer is between the scale lines of the oil mark;
4. Check whether the bolts of the wire rope pressure plate are tight;
5. Check the wear condition of the elastic ring of the pin coupling, if the trainee exceeds 2mm, it should be replaced;
6. Check the brake wheel and pin shaft for wear, springs for cracks and permanent deformation;
7. Check whether the running of each rolling bearing is normal;
9. Check the wear of the wire insulation at the nozzle.
Secondary maintenance
Secondary maintenance is generally once every 1200h
1. All contents of first-level maintenance;
2. Lubricate the rolling bearings;
3. Check the oil quantity and lubrication of long stroke and hydraulic electromagnet;
4. Clean the dirty oil on the open gear and chain and refill with oil;
5. Check the wear of the hoisting mechanism, hook and coupling reducer gear;
6. Check the insulation of all electrical equipment;
7. Check whether the control panel protection panel controller, resistors and wiring screws are tight.
