(1) Throttle motor failure means that the throttle motor cannot track the pulse signal from the potentiometer well and cannot maintain the normal running state.
(2) Reasons:
①The throttle adjustment bolt is not loose, and the deformation of the throttle connector exceeds the spring deflection.
② The spring of the throttle connector is hardened, and the elasticity of expansion and contraction is not enough.
③ The key switch is in the ON position (including the running state), and the throttle motor stops abnormally during rotation due to abnormal external force.
(3) When the above faults are found, they should be handled and repaired in time. When the throttle motor stops rotating and the display shows "The electrical system is abnormal", the display will show "0000" on the time display, and the power mode at this time should be S mode. The cause of these failures is the failure of the relevant parts of the throttle connector.
Prevent reverse operation of the engine
When the engine is running in reverse, in order to protect the engine and hydraulic system, it should be stopped immediately.
When the engine changes from positive to reverse, the engine oil pressure drop signal can be used to keep the pressure switch in the ON position for 3s, so that the throttle motor is turned to the engine stop position, and the engine that has been running (within 12s) is stopped.
