Analyze The State Of The Excavator Throttle Motor Stopped

(1) The state of the key switch (Acc) in the ON position when the key switch (ACC) is in the ON position is shown in Figure 12-42. After the key switch (ACC) is in the ON position, current flows through the cut-off relay l (terminal 5), which activates the excitation coil of the relay.


Throttle motor and the switch inside the potentiometer are connected. After the potentiometer sends out a signal, the throttle motor power is disconnected (OFF) and stops rotating.


(2) When the key switch (ACC) is in the OFF position, the state of the key switch (ACC) in the OFF position (that is, the engine is stopped). Stopping the rotation of the motor, the potentiometer acts, the throttle motor stops rotating due to the power off (OFF), and the engine stops accordingly.


(3) The state of the emergency stop button in the ON position The emergency stop button is in the ON position as shown in Figure 12-44. The key switch is in the ON position. Press the emergency stop button, and the coil of the disconnection relay generates an excitation effect, causing the switch to turn To the bottom. The excitation voltage of the relay is cut off, and the switch is turned to the top, thereby forming a power circuit, and the potentiometer is turned to the stop position to stop the engine.
