However, just when our hot mind swells, "what if the air conditioner breaks down? It's going to be hot to work in summer"!
Here are some self inspection and self troubleshooting methods for simple faults of air conditioner for emergency use.
Fault 1. The air conditioner only blows air but does not cool
Many people have to ask why the air conditioner doesn't cool when the machine experiences summer for the first time. After asking these questions without inspection measures, these people are usually "ordered" to go back and read the instructions. The "A / C" on the control panel indicates that the air conditioner is turned on, but they don't press that key. It's speechless, isn't it? Don't believe it. You never read the instructions. There are many people who ask when you open your mouth. I hope there is no such person who reads this article.
Fault 2. Poor cooling effect of air conditioner
It is confirmed that the steps of turning on the air conditioner are correct, but the air conditioner still can not feel the cold air. First, check whether the air conditioner belt is loose. If there is no problem, it depends on whether the refrigerant (i.e. snow seed and Freon) is not enough. If there is no problem, check the circuit. If there is no problem with the electric circuit, clean the internal and external circulation of the evaporator and the filter of the air conditioner.
Fault 3. Small air volume of air conditioner
First, check the air conditioning filter element to see if it is blocked. In addition, the intake may be blocked by sundries. The filter element is at the inlet of the air-conditioning bellows. It is flat and paper. Most of them do not come out because the filter element is blocked. If there is no place to buy, take the air gun to blow it down and use it first. Then if it doesn't work, remove the motor, connect the plug, turn on the fan, and test the gears one by one. If the speed doesn't change, most of them are the variable resistance is broken.
The air conditioning filter is installed at the inlet of the internal circulation air duct of the air conditioning refrigeration unit in the cab. If the filter is blocked, it will affect the air volume or there is no air to blow out directly
Fault 4. Turn on the air conditioner and only listen to the sound of the fan, but there is no air
This is a common fault of careless drivers and machines. The machine compartment is very dirty and the air grid is broken, so that dust and paper fragments are sucked into the evaporation tank by the fan. The evaporation tank has accumulated a thick layer of ash and soil impurities, so that it can't absorb air and blow air. Start up and check first. If the compressor can operate, it indicates that the system pressure is basically normal. There is no other way but to discharge the cold air. Note that the air conditioner can be recycled. Don't be impatient when discharging the air conditioner. Slowly discharge it from the low-pressure side of the meter, then dismantle the air conditioning system, decompose and clean it, and then reinstall it and add air conditioner to solve the problem.
Check the condenser fins frequently for dirt, dust, leaves and other sundries. If so, wash them with high-pressure air, steam or water
Fault 5. Just add snow seed, start cooling, and blow warm air after an hour or so
First check the electrical equipment. If it is good, it is best to measure the pressure with a pressure gauge. The high pressure is generally 16,7kg and the low pressure is generally 2,3kg. If there is no freon, the clutch of the compressor does not suck in. If there is fluorine, see if there is ice blockage or dirty blockage. If the pipe is rotten, check it with soapy water.
Fault 6. Turn on the air conditioner to hold the car
It is mostly because the engine horsepower is not enough and the engine output power is reduced, which is not enough to drive the air conditioner. It may also be caused by the mismatch between the power of the hydraulic pump and the power of the engine. The power of the general air conditioner accounts for one tenth of the engine. The solution: increase the engine power or reduce the pump power, and increase the throttle when turning on the air conditioner. In addition, check the air filter and diesel filter.
