1. Pump-to-valve supply route

P1 straight-through oil supply channel: priority oil supply relationship supplies oil in the order of boom, bucket and walking, and the oil return is controlled by D valve.


Parallel oil supply channel: parallel oil supply relationship, giving priority to the boom, and then supplying oil to the bucket and walking through the throttle u and one-way valve.


P2 straight-through oil supply channel: supply oil in the priority order of rotation, backup, stick, and walking, and return oil is controlled by C valve.


Parallel oil supply channel: parallel oil supply relationship, giving priority to the boom, and then supplying oil to the bucket and walking through the throttle u and one-way valve.


P2 straight-through oil supply channel: supply oil in the priority order of rotation, backup, stick, and walking, and return oil is controlled by C valve.


Parallel oil supply channel: Give priority to the rotation, and then supply oil to the backup, stick and walking through the orifice v and the one-way valve.


The function of the check valve with parallel oil supply channel is to prevent the pressure oil introduced into the inlet of the valve from flowing out to other valve stems.

2. Boom merge


Under the action of the pilot operating oil pressure Pe that controls the lifting of the boom valve, the three two-position two-way valves A, B, and C are all in the closed position, and the A valve cuts off the compression oil pressure of the cartridge valve X, so that X The valve can be opened, and the P2 pump pressure oil passes through the cartridge valve X to the boom valve for confluence. Adopt a cartridge valve to merge, and the impact is small during the merge. At the same time, the C valve is closed, so that P2 cannot return oil through the direct supply channel, and the B valve is closed, so that P: pump pressure oil cannot supply oil to the stick valve.


Confluence of sticks:


Boom valve has no pilot control oil pressure, B valve is in the open position under the action of spring, P1 pump can pass B valve, and then supply oil to the stick valve through check valve (to prevent P2 pump oil flow to P1 pump oil path). At the same time, under the action of the pilot valve operating oil pressure PA (through the shuttle valve to enable the oil pressure to be drawn out in both operating directions of the stick), the D valve is closed, so that P; the pump through the supply channel cannot return oil through the D valve, You can enter the stick valve through the check valve, so there are two ways for the P1 pump to supply oil to the stick valve: both the parallel oil supply channel and the direct oil supply channel of P1 can supply oil to the stick valve.


Combination of buckets:


As shown in the figure, P2 passes through the end of the fuel supply path x, and leads an oil path to the bucket valve through the check valve. As shown by the xy dotted line in the figure, add the control bucket valve to the two-position two-way valve C The pilot controls the hydraulic pressure Px to close the C valve when the bucket is digging, and the P2 pump pressure oil flows to the bucket valve to join the oil supply.


3. Walking straightness


In order to ensure the straight running performance when the walking and working devices operate simultaneously, the Toshiba UX series adopts the two-port two-way valve E to connect the oil inlets of the two traveling valves to form a parallel oil supply. The E valve is normally in the off position under the action of the spring, and the oil inlets of the two travel valves are not connected. The E valve is operated by the pilot oil pressure Pr. When Pr establishes the oil pressure, the oil inlets of the two travel valves are connected to form a parallel oil supply. The establishment of Pr oil pressure is linked to the operation of the valve stem. If one of the bucket and the slewing is not in the neutral position, the return oil path of Pr can be cut off and the oil pressure can be established (see the dotted line through the valves in Figure 1).
