1. Pay attention to safety when jacking the forklift. Use a jack or block. Confirm the surrounding safety conditions. The rope used for lifting heavy objects shall have sufficient safety factor. Before using power tools to remove components, ensure that bolts, nuts, pipes and harnesses are completely separated.
2. When handling heavy objects, use certain equipment or tools, not bare hands.
3. When overhauling the hydraulic system and other dust-proof components, please use clean tools and operate in a clean and dust-proof area.
4. Before overhauling or welding electrical system components, make sure to remove the lead wire from the battery terminal. (remove the negative extreme first, and then the positive extreme.)
5. Pay attention to prevent oil, gas and inflammables from entering the work area.
6. Arrange the disassembled parts and tools. Hang warning signs on the engine or joystick during maintenance.
7. It is not allowed to disassemble components while the engine is running.
8. Do not stand directly under the fork or fork rack. Block the equipment and fork rack with blocks during forklift maintenance.
9. The maintenance tools shall be placed in order, checked regularly and used correctly.
10 In poorly ventilated rooms (workshops), the engine should not run for a long time
