Note: if there is only linear travel without other actions, the travel direct solenoid valve will not be opened, and the hydraulic pump will supply oil to the left and right travel separately

Fault phenomenon

Judgment conditions:
The display screen gives an alarm, and the current value of the proportional valve is more than 1000 ma
Troubleshooting object 1:
If the connectors of other proportional valves are exchanged, D032 disappears. When other alarm codes appear, replace the traveling direct proportional valve (Mark: psv-c)
Troubleshooting object 2:
Check the connecting lines cn-119f and cn-105f between the travel diameter proportional valve and the computer version. Even if the connector is exchanged with the connector of the nearby proportional valve and the start switch is turned on, D032 continues to display. Please check the connecting harness.
