Cause of failure:
1. The oil seal ring is worn.

8 unloading valve failure.
There is a problem with the 9ls bypass valve.

The whole vehicle of Shengang excavator is slow and weak, and the arm falls off.
Field maintenance:
1. The excavator in the field trial run was indeed slow and weak, and the arm fell off.
2 check whether the oil seal ring is worn or leaked, and whether the oil seal is damaged.
3 check whether the hydraulic oil used has moisture or the hydraulic oil used is unqualified, and the hydraulic oil used is normal.
4 check whether the pressure of the excavator control valve is insufficient or the control valve is worn, and the control valve is worn.
5 check whether the distributor is cracked and whether it is normal.
6 check whether the LS valve and PC valve core of the machine are stuck, and whether the LS valve or PC valve core is stuck.
7 recently, it was checked whether the main pump pressure of the excavator was low or high or whether there were signs of wear inside. It was found that the main pump pressure was high, which led to the slow and weak performance of the excavator and the drop of the arm.
Repair results:
After replacing the oil seal, control valve and adjusting the pressure of the main pump, the whole excavator is slow and weak, and the arm falls off.
