1. Use the economizer according to the region
Different regional characteristics lead to different or even the choice of fuel economizer. This is mainly manifested in the heat of the South and the cold in the North: the south temperature is high, and some of the oil saving techniques with enhanced cooling are better, while the cold in the north is suitable for the use of the preheated fuel system. This can not only achieve fuel saving effect, but also solve the problem of high temperature heat dissipation or low temperature starting difficulty of diesel engine.
2, keep the clean of diesel oil
The use of unclean diesel will cause severe wear of fuel injection pump plunger pairs, oil outlet valves, fuel injectors and other precision parts, resulting in increased fuel consumption. To this end, the diesel oil should be used by the precipitating side, while the diesel oil is injected into the tank or by the hand oil pump with the hose as far as possible, but it should be avoided to prevent the mixing of the sand and rain and snow. Because the diesel oil is in contact with the air or the tank wall, it will gradually generate some dirt into the bottom of the tank or attach to the tank wall. Even if the diesel is clean every day, it will also be polluted and aggravate the wear and corrosion of the fuel system, which will increase the fuel consumption of the diesel engine and reduce the reliability and resistance of the engine. Long time, so the oil tank should be cleaned regularly.
3. Supply fresh air
To make 1kg diesel fully burn in the cylinder, it is necessary to supply 15kg fresh air. Therefore, the air filter should be carefully maintained on time, and the damaged air filter element should be replaced in time to keep it working smoothly. Otherwise, the diesel in the cylinder will not fully burn due to insufficient air, and will be discharged from the exhaust pipe in the form of black smoke and waste diesel oil.
4, maintain good mechanical state of machinery
(1) eliminate the fault of the fuel system. If the oil spray or atomization of the injector is bad, the wear of the needle valve is too much or the hole is expanded, the fuel supply of the pump is too small or the oil supply is not equal, the oil supply time is too early or too late, and the diesel oil in the jets will not be fully burned, so the oil consumption is rising and the exhaust smoke is black smoke. The fuel injection pump and fuel injector should be corrected. When necessary, replace the plunger, oil outlet valve and fuel nozzle coupling, and adjust the oil supply time correctly.
(2) adjust the clearance of the valve in time. After a period of mechanical work, the valve clearance will change. If the clearance is too large, the valve will be delayed and closed early, resulting in insufficient intake of cylinders and unclean exhaust, resulting in adverse consequences of rising fuel consumption. If the gap is too small, when the temperature of the diesel engine rises, the valve and valve seat will leak because of the tight closure after the expansion of the valve rod, so the cylinder pressure is insufficient, which also causes the bad combustion and the increase of oil consumption, and it is easy to ablate the valve. For this reason, periodic inspection and proper adjustment of valve clearance should be made.
(3) restore the cylinder pressure in time. When the cylinder pressure is too low because of the gap between the piston and the cylinder assembly, the valve seat is loose, the valve seat is loose or the valve is leaking, the diesel fuel injected into the cylinder can not be completely burned, and the oil consumption of the machine is also increased. The cylinder pressure should be measured regularly, the worn out cylinder, the piston or piston ring, the reinsert valve seat and the grinding valve should be replaced to restore the normal pressure of the cylinder.
