The Reason And Repair Method Of The Die Of The Injector Nozzle Of The Excavator

The fuel injector is one of the three pairs of precision couplings for the fuel supply system of diesel engines. It has a normal life span of more than one thousand hours. But because of improper use, it often wears hundreds of hours or even tens of hours to wear away.


1. The main reasons for the death of the injector card:


(1) the diesel is not clean, there are impurities in the high-pressure oil pipe, and the wear of the needle valve couple of the shotcrete is forced out, so that the needle valve couple is closed, the high pressure gas in the combustion chamber is anti channeling and the needle valve parts are burnt out. In addition, the dirt on the parts of the injector adjustable spring, tappet and other parts move to the upper part of the injector needle valve through the injector tappet, or the cotton rope and lead wire on the oil road will enter the injector by the high pressure oil pipe, and all the needle valve parts will be killed.


2. The temperature of the machine is too high and the cooling of the sprays is not good. However, too late oil supply, too much scale or blockage of cooling water channel, wear of water pump impeller end and overload of engine will overheat the engine.


(3) the wear of the extraction valve causes the phenomenon of dropping oil when the fuel injector stops injection, so as to cause coke burning in the burner and cause the stuck fault.


(4) the low pressure of the spray bending causes the high pressure gas in the combustion chamber to reverse.


(5) when the injector is installed, the gasket or gasket is damaged, causing air leakage, causing the local temperature of the injector to be too high and choking.


(6) the reasons for parts manufacturing, such as the tightness of the installation hole of the injector and the injector on the cylinder head, the small clearance between the needle valve body and the cylinder head, and the deep processing of the nozzle of the cylinder head.




Two, the repair method of the injector card death:


First put the card dead injection nozzle into diesel or oil to warm, then take out to use cloth, then clamp the needle valve and slowly move, remove the needle valve from the needle valve body. Dripping a small amount of clean oil into the needle valve body makes the needle valve move repeatedly in the needle valve body until the needle valve can move freely in the needle valve body. If the sealing surface of the needle valve has traces of burn, it should be lapping with abrasive paste. When grinding, we should pay attention to the amount of grinding paste and the grinding time. Install the cleaned clock valve fitting on the injector and adjust the injection pressure, then use it again.
