Adjust the hydraulic pump old machine are not strange, but before the adjustment of the hydraulic pump should be paid attention to, first of all, the need to determine whether the hydraulic oil is deteriorating, the hydraulic oil filter core is not very good maintenance.
In order to ensure that all the other components are normal, and can accurately judge the hydraulic pump regulator failure, can adjust the hydraulic pump, or otherwise blindly adjust the hydraulic pump, not only can not solve the problem, but will make the problem complicated.
The adjustment of the hydraulic pump is divided into two cases, one is the constant power control adjustment of the hydraulic pump, one is the adjustment of the maximum output flow of the hydraulic pump, and the old drivers must be seated when they are adjusted (this article takes Carter 320C as an example).
Constant power control adjustment of hydraulic pump
When adjusting, one pump regulator and one pump regulator should be adjusted, and another hydraulic pump to be adjusted can not be loaded, otherwise the adjustment will not be correct.
First stage adjustment: first, adjust the first stage of the constant power control of the right pump flow, unlock the lock nut 2, adjust the screw to adjust the pump output flow. Clockwise adjustment can increase the output flow of the pump, counter clockwise adjustment can reduce the pump output flow. The above is under the pressure range of 11800KPA to 19600KPA. 1000kpa=10kg/cm
Second stage adjustment: Unlock the lock nut 3, adjust the screw to adjust the pump output flow. Clockwise adjustment can increase the output flow of the pump, counter clockwise adjustment can reduce pump output flow. The above is under the pressure range of 27500KPA to 34300KPA adjustment. (1000kpa= 10kg/cm)
Note: after adjusting the right pump, adjust the left pump and adjust it in the same way.
The adjustment of the maximum output flow of the hydraulic pump
First unlock the lock nut of the right pump, turn the adjustment screw 6 to adjust the maximum output flow of the pump, adjust the clockwise adjustment to reduce the maximum output flow of the hydraulic pump, the counter clockwise adjustment can increase the maximum output flow of the hydraulic pump to adjust the required speed of the excavator, and the same method is used to adjust the maximum output flow in the same way.
