Concrete mixer is a kind of machinery widely used in major construction sites. 1. Operation Regulations of Concrete Mixer
1. The test run should be empty before mixing.
2. Adjust the timing of the time relay according to the stirring time, pay attention to the adjustment when the power is off.
3. The water wets the mixing drum, the blades and the field.
4. If electrical or mechanical failure occurs in the process, part of the mixing material should be discharged to reduce the load, and then start the operation after the failure is eliminated.
5. During operation, it should be checked frequently to prevent safety accidents such as electric shock and mechanical injury.
6. After the test, turn off the power, clean the mixing drum and the site, and clean it.
2. Matters needing attention of concrete mixer
1. The concrete mixer should be set in a flat position, and the front and rear axles should be cushioned with square wood to keep the tires elevated and overhead, so as not to move when starting.?2. The concrete mixer should be implemented with secondary leakage protection. After the power is turned on before work, it must be carefully checked, and it can be used after it is considered qualified by the empty vehicle test. During the trial operation, it should be checked whether the rotating speed of the mixing drum is appropriate. Under normal circumstances, the speed of the empty truck is slightly faster than that of the heavy truck (after loading). If there are many differences, the ratio of the moving wheel and the transmission wheel should be adjusted.
3. The rotation direction of the mixing drum should conform to the direction indicated by the arrow. If it is not true, the motor wiring should be corrected.
4. Check whether the transmission clutch and brake are flexible and reliable, whether the wire rope is damaged, whether the track pulley is good, there are no obstacles around and the lubrication of each part, etc.
5. After starting the machine, always pay attention to whether the components of the concrete mixer are operating normally. When shutting down, always check whether the blades of the concrete mixer are bent and whether the screws are falling or loose.
6. When the concrete mixing is completed or it is expected to stop for more than 1h, in addition to removing the remaining material, use stones and water to pour into the shaker, turn it on, turn off the mortar sticking to the barrel, and then discharge it. There should be no water in the barrel to prevent the barrel and blades from rusting. At the same time, the dust accumulation outside the mixing drum should be cleaned to keep the machine clean and intact.
7. After get off work and when the machine is not in use, the brake should be switched off and the switch box should be locked to ensure safety.
