1. Scraper drivers must be trained to understand and follow precautions and warnings. Check the machine and working environment before work and follow the rules. Do not overcoil and unwind the cable, otherwise it will damage the machine. Turn off the power after parking and pull the parking brake to leave.
2. Make a comprehensive inspection of the machine before starting to see if there are oil leaks, loose hoses, loose bolts, or damaged cables. Make sure that the oil level of the fuel tank is not lower than the lower oil mark and not higher than the upper oil mark; the lubrication conditions of each lubrication point are good; It is strictly forbidden to stand around the machine when working.
3. Lubricate the maintenance equipment in time according to the requirements of the "Instruction Manual" to extend the service life. The hydraulic oil must be clean, filtered once a month or replaced. Prompt: "The new oil is not clean", the replacement hydraulic oil must be injected into the oil tank through the filter.
4. All parts of the machine must be in a static and stable state during maintenance, and must be reliably supported during maintenance under the boom. The central pivot safety link must be installed for transportation and lifting, and the safety link must be removed before use.
5. Maintenance after every 100 hours of work: tighten the coupling bolts of the drive axle; check the vents and remove dust; check the pins of each cylinder; check the oil level of the drive axle; check the tension of the cable drum chain; Check whether the frame, bucket and boom are normal.
6. Maintenance after every 400 hours of work: change the lubricating oil of each system; replace the filter element of the oil filter; check the wear condition of the parking brake lining; check the cable anchoring device; check the tension of the cable and whether it is damaged.
7. Maintenance after every 1200 hours of work: replacement of hydraulic oil; replacement of lubricating oil in drive axle reduction gearbox and transfer case; inspection of pressure adjustment devices of various hydraulic systems; inspection of cable drum supports and retractable cable limit switches.
