Before the hydraulic failure of the excavator, abnormal signs often appear in advance. Therefore, daily maintenance is necessary to find small problems in time and deal with them in a timely manner, and eliminate hidden troubles to prevent the occurrence of major accidents and the normal work of hydraulic systems.
1. Correct timing maintenance
Excavators are easily polluted by the external environment due to the harsh working environment. Therefore, compulsory maintenance is required every 250 hours, and early problems are discovered in a timely manner.
During the use process, the operator is familiar with the mechanical properties. In order to accurately describe the fault in the first time when the excavator is abnormal. The driver must be properly guided and trained.
2. Check before work
Before starting the excavator every day, check the hydraulic system of the excavator for leaks, whether the oil pipes are interfered or damaged, whether the piston rod is damaged, whether the breathing valve of the hydraulic oil tank is blocked, etc.
Check whether the oil level of the hydraulic oil is on the standard scale. If the hydraulic oil is insufficient, add Sany pure hydraulic oil of the same brand in time. At the same time, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank and the added hydraulic oil should be checked for odor and normal color, otherwise it cannot be used.
Check the working condition of the hydraulic oil radiator. Whether there is any foreign body clogging and whether there is damage to ensure the heat dissipation of the hydraulic system. Never put other debris in front of the radiator to prevent blockage or impact.
3. Preheating of the excavator
After the engine is started, it should be warmed up for a few minutes, and then preheated and exhausted by the hydraulic system. Operate each working device back and forth to increase the temperature of the hydraulic oil.
At the same time, observe whether the display of each instrument is normal, whether the operation is flexible, and whether there is abnormal noise before starting work.
4. Maintenance during operation
After the excavator officially entered work, it should always pay attention to the display of the display, and there should also be no abnormal noise, oil leakage, etc. If there is any abnormality, you should stop and check immediately. 5. Inspection and maintenance after work
Do not stop the excavator immediately after the work of the excavator is completed. After shutdown, check the whole excavator for oil leakage. Check the hydraulic oil level is normal, if the hydraulic oil becomes less, the oil leakage point should be found and dealt with in time.
6. Cleaning and maintenance of excavator hydraulic system
The hydraulic system components of the excavator require high precision. If the hydraulic system is contaminated, it will cause wear, corrosion, and stuck hydraulic components. The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system should be replaced in time according to the working conditions. If the installation is broken or the working conditions are bad, the replacement period should be shortened. If the hydraulic oil is used over time, the viscosity of the oil will decrease and lose lubricity. And may be acidic.
