A dial indicator is used to check the clearance of the rotary bearing so as to check the wear condition of the bearing raceway and the steel ball.
1) pre test preparation.
A- check whether the slewing bearing installation bolts are loose.
B check the lubrication condition of the slewing bearing, confirm that the bearing is turned smoothly without any abnormal noise.
C use a magnetic meter holder to install the dial indicator on the walking frame below the outer edge of the rotary bearing.
D put the upper rotary platform right, so that the boom is in the middle of the two track, and the guide wheel is in front.
E dial the dial indicator so that the contact pin touches the bottom of the raceway outside the slewing bearing.
