At this time, the external temperature of the engine is low, and the steam quickly liquefies, causing the exhaust gas to appear white when starting.

A Hitachi ZX360H-3G cool machine is not easy to start, the hot car is good to start, and the excavator still emits white smoke at idle speed, what is the reason?


Failure analysis:


1. The water temperature sensor is aging or working abnormally. It is caused by poor atomization of the nozzle.


2. White smoke is emitted when the excavator is idling. Check whether the white smoke is burnt or odorless. If it is burnt, it may be that the belt is too tight. Including the generator belt and the power steering pump air conditioning belt. The load of the motor during the big taxi is low, so it is not easy to start. After the car is hot, it will become larger due to thermal expansion and contraction away from the belt, so it is easy to start. White smoke is caused by the friction between the belt and the pulley.


3. If it is odorless white smoke, it may be caused by water leaking from the water tank and evaporating on the engine body. Due to the poor water circulation in the engine, there is air.

The oil has been emulsified and deteriorated, there is moisture and some impurities in it. The solution is to clean the hydraulic system 2 to 3 times, and replace the hydraulic oil and filter element.
