Construction machinery is often scattered on site. It is inconvenient to refuel in the oil depot. It is used to deliver oil to construction sites. At this time, the pumping unit that fills the machine must be clean and free of pollution, and it should also avoid pumping the bottom of the barrel into the oil tank.
During the operation of the machine, the amount of oil in the fuel tank should always remain unchanged. I don't know what's in the air. When the fuel is insufficient, it should be replenished in time to prevent oil or air contaminated due to fuel exhaustion from entering the fuel system and affecting the normal operation of the diesel engine.
When the fuel tank leaks or the switch is not tightly closed, it will pollute the environment, easily cause fire, waste diesel oil, and increase operating costs. At this time, welding maintenance or replacement of the switch should be stopped, and don't continue to work hard, otherwise the leakage will become more and more serious under the vibration of the machine, and cause greater losses.
The vent hole on the fuel tank cap should be frequently unclogged. If it is clogged, it will generate negative pressure in the fuel tank, reduce the oil pressure and reduce the fuel supply, so that the power of the diesel engine cannot be fully exerted.
Disinfect the fuel tank. After the machine has been used for a long time, a large amount of dirt will be generated when the diesel in the fuel tank contacts the air or the wall surface of the fuel tank. Part of it sinks to the bottom of the tank and the other part adheres to the wall of the tank. At the same time, in the daily refueling process, it is inevitable that sand or moisture will be brought into the fuel tank. Therefore, the machine is cleaned every 1500 ~ 2000h, otherwise even completely clean diesel will pollute the machine. The oil tank of construction machinery is large, and the volume is generally several hundred kilograms. Removing it is laborious and time-consuming. The two fuel tanks (power 139kw) of cat613c scraper are welded together and cannot be dismantled at all. To this end, we have made a simple tool that uses compressed air to clean the fuel tank and has achieved good results.
The specific method is as follows:
Extend the nozzle into the bottom of the water tank.
Start the air pump (or an independent air pump for car tires). When the air pressure rises to 0.6-0.7mpa, the gate valve of the air tank is opened, and the turbulent air flow will rush into the oil at the bottom of the tank, causing oil splashing and splashing. The inner wall of the fuel tank can be cleaned. At this time, the cotton box should be plugged with cotton yarn to prevent the spray of oil mist.
3 Put the oil in the fuel tank, add 20-30l of clean diesel.
4 Use 0.5 "steel pipe to make a nozzle about 1 meter long, weld the lower end of the hole, drill several 1-2 mm diameter injection holes around it, and connect the hose from the air pump at the upper end.
