Kato oil return oil filter replacement procedure

When removing the filter plug, be careful not to get burned by the oil sprayed from the fuel tank. Before removing the filter plug, stop the engine. Then press the rubber plug on the bleed valve until the pressure in the fuel tank is completely relieved.
①Press the air vent rubber plug on the fuel tank to exhaust the air in the tank
②Unscrew the bolts of the cover and remove the cover, then pull out the filter element part of the filter from the shell
③ Pull out the bayonet and remove the trough nut, then take out the central bolt and take out the filter element
④Follow the steps opposite to removal to install.

(1) Install the O-ring correctly, and then tighten the bolts of the cover
(2) Filter replacement time interval Replacement interval time: every 500 hours of work.
After a new machine or replacement of hydraulic oil, the filter element should be replaced after every 150 hours of work.
The oil return filter cannot be cleaned or reused. The pure KATO filter element should be used. If a hydraulic hammer is used for assembly, a high-performance standard filter element should be replaced.
