Kobelco -6 Hydraulic Excavator Can Not Carry Out Mechanical And Electrical A Adjustment.

When the STEP4 CPU adjustment becomes CPU adjustment, it can not be adjusted.


A (display condition) is reading the engine speed, the speed is above 850rpm, when the stepping motor is added and reduced, if the speed decreases after downloading 10rpm,


Cause: the engine speed sensor is not read correctly.


Handle:


1 adjust the voltage of the speed sensor and adjust it after A.


2 pull out the connection plug of the sensor and measure it.


3 the high speed idling should be above 3V (AC) (the lowest readable voltage of the controller).


4 when the factory is adjusted, the high speed air rotation is above 4V (AC)]


5 < prescribed value > voltage: 1.4 ~ 6V (AC)


6 resistance value: 2.3 + 0.2 Euro


B (display condition) has abnormal rotation on the side of high-speed idling.


Reason: the stepping motor is not in good contact with the connecting rod.


Kobelco -6 hydraulic excavator can not normally carry out mechanical and electrical A adjustment and repair:


1 after the connecting rod is confirmed, the A adjustment is carried out.


2 [adjusting connecting rod length: 288mm (SK200-6), 304mm (SK230-6), 198mm (SK320-6)]


3 when the adjustment is still unadjusted, as an emergency treatment, the 1 buzzer stops at the time of maladjustment and can enter a virtual high-speed state of empty rotation, making it a display of the CPU adjustment.


Two no adjustment can be made when CPU ROM data is displayed.


A (display condition) electromechanical controller is abnormal inside.


Reason: there may be breakage inside the electromechanical controller.


Processing: the electromechanical controller should be replaced when the electromechanical A is still adjusted.


B (display condition) when the electromechanical controller is replaced.


Reason: no electrical and mechanical A adjustment.


Processing: Electrical and mechanical A adjustment.


No adjustment can be made until the display of the STEP1 adjustment is not able to enter the STEP2 CPU gap adjustment.


(indication condition) the limit switch signal (ground wire) in the stepping motor can not enter the electromechanical controller.


Cause: the limit switch in the stepping motor is not good; the connection of the stepper motor is bad or broken.


Processing: confirm that the limit switch of stepping motor is located at ON or OFF position; check wiring, wiring and so on and make adjustments.
