Usually used in engineering and machinery industries. The development of the loader industry has promoted the development of loader accessories. Now let me introduce the components and parts of the loader.
The loader is composed of an engine, a torque converter, a gearbox, and front and rear drive shafts. It is divided into four parts.
1: Engine.
2: There are three pumps on the torque converter. Working pump (supplying lifting and tipping pressure oil), steering pump (supplying steering pressure oil), variable speed pump is also called travel pump (supplying torque converter and transmission pressure oil). Some models of steering pumps are also equipped with a pilot pump (providing pilot pressure oil to the control valve).
3: Working hydraulic oil circuit, hydraulic oil tank, working pump, multi-way valve, lifting oil cylinder and tipping oil cylinder.
4: Traveling oil circuit: transmission oil pan oil and travel pump have been entering the torque converter all the way into the gear valve and transmission clutch.
5: Drive: drive shaft, main differential, wheel reducer.
6: Steering circuit: oil tank, steering pump, steady flow valve (or priority valve) steering gear, steering cylinder.
7: There are two types of gearboxes: integrated (planetary) and separate (fixed shaft).
