For example, after the work is completed the night before, the loader cannot be started in the morning, or the loader cannot be started after a few days of shutdown. When starting, the motor does not respond and the display does not show


This situation is relatively common, and the reason may be clear to everyone. Yes, the whole car is dead. The specific inspection procedure can start from the battery, check whether the pile head is loose, and whether the position of the power switch is "on". If the entire car is dead at this time, you can use a multimeter to measure the battery voltage to determine whether the battery is faulty. The capacity of some long-life batteries may drop a lot. After a long period of parking, the battery may be discharged due to the slow self-discharge. In this case, the battery needs to be charged or replaced.

There are also many users who start the engine with the battery ignition method, and then use the generator on the engine to charge the battery. When using the battery ignition method, care should be taken to find the positive and negative poles of the two batteries. The positive electrode is connected to the positive electrode, the negative electrode is connected to the negative electrode, and the two batteries are connected in parallel.


If the entire vehicle runs out of power, check each fuse to see if it is blown.


When starting, the engine emits a sharp gear crash and the engine cannot start.


This phenomenon is also often referred to as "toothing" and is caused by poor engagement between the gear of the starter motor and the flywheel of the engine. When the starter motor is working, when the motor gear meshes with the flywheel ring gear, the connection disk and the main circuit of the contact in the electromagnetic switch must be connected.

If the gears are not meshed, the main circuit is opened. In the case of high-speed rotation, the motor gear will mesh with the flywheel, resulting in a strong impact between the two teeth that cannot be meshed, resulting in a strong tooth noise.

In addition, when the motor gear is in contact with the flywheel ring gear, the electromagnetic switch can still overcome the elastic force of the buffer spring of the one-way adapter to connect to the main circuit. Insufficient contact pressure of the two-phase top gear will also cause teeth punching.


The working process of starting the motor


It should be noted that the engine of some loaders is not always sunken. This may be a symptom of "hollowing" at the first start, and the engine will start normally at the second start. In this case, the starter motor should be maintained and adjusted to ensure the normal operation of the starter motor.


When starting, the electromagnetic switch is closed, the engine does not rotate or the speed is slow.


The engine speed of the loader can only be started at a speed above 200 rpm. When the starter motor is weak, if the engine does not rotate or the rotation speed is far below 200 rpm, it can be judged that the starter motor is weak.

Check whether the connecting pile head of the starting motor is loose, whether the pile head of the battery is loose, and measure whether the battery voltage is normal.


When starting, there is only a slight "click" sound, and the starter does not move.


This sound is emitted by the relay of the starting circuit. This phenomenon is usually caused by the abnormal suction or return failure of the starting relay. The relay can be pulled out and tapped lightly to reset the reed in the relay or replace the relay.


The engine cannot be restarted after stalling.


If the loader fails to start again after stalling under normal conditions, the cause of the automatic stall of the previous engine should be determined at this time. At this time, the possibility of being unable to start due to engine failure is very high. If the engine is automatically shut down due to excessive temperature, it is likely that the engine has already experienced cylinder pull, brake shoes and other failures, causing the crankshaft to fail to rotate.

The starter motor is a part that the loader must work before working every day. The starting current is large when working. Therefore, the maintenance of the starter motor cannot be ignored. In daily use, the following points should be noted:


1. The start time of the starter should not exceed 3 seconds at a time, and restart should stop for 2 minutes to recover


3. If the engine is started by turning the key, the control circuit of the starter must be cut off immediately after the engine is started, so that the starter stops working, otherwise the starter may sag.
