Maintenance method of main parts of forklift gear pump:
1. Forklift gear: The outer circle of the gear is worn and glued to increase the radial clearance. The lighter one has no obvious effect on the use and can not be repaired; in severe cases, the gear should be replaced.
2. The end faces of both sides of the gear are worn. The lighter thread can be used to grind off the burr marks; when the wear is serious, it can be smoothed on the grinder. But as long as the end face of one gear is worn, the other gear needs to be ground at the same time to ensure that the thickness difference of the two gears is within 0.005mm. When grinding, the accuracy of the end face and hole, end face and end face should be high. After grinding, sharp edges and burrs should be removed with a whetstone, but not chamfered.
3. The oil pump gears work in one direction, so the tooth surfaces are worn on one side. The gear with worn tooth surface can be deburred with oil stone, and the gear meshing orientation can be changed to restore the working performance of the oil pump.
4. Forklift gear bearing frame: When the end face is worn or threaded, the four bearing frames can be placed on a surface grinder, and the end face is ground out at a time based on the non-gear contact surface.
5. The inner hole generally wears less. If the wear is severe, grinding or grinding the hole diameter to the repair size, optional needle roller.
6. When the side plate or axially floating bush is worn, scratched and grooved, the damaged surface can be polished. The method is to put no400-600 abrasive paste on the smooth surface, add washing oil or wax and gently turn on the side plate surface to polish.
7. Forklift gear pump body: the wear of the pump body generally occurs in the oil suction cavity. Some oil pumps can be repaired by the transposition method from the structure, that is, the pump body is 180° around its axis, so that the oil suction cavity becomes a pressure oil cavity to resume its work. ability.
8. The oil pump body that can not be repaired by the transposition method can be repaired by the copper inlay method.
9. After the gear is ground due to the wear of the end face, in order to maintain the axial clearance, the rear end face of the pump body needs to be ground to an appropriate thickness.
