1. There should be no high-voltage lines in the working area of the pile driver. There should be obvious signs or fences in the work area, and non-workers are not allowed to enter. During the driving of the pile hammer, the operator must monitor 5m away from the center of the pile hammer.
2. The crew and the climber must wear a seat belt during inspection or maintenance; the tools and other objects are placed in the tool bag, and the personnel at height must not throw anything down.
3. The diesel piling hammer should use the fuel with the specified ratio. Before the operation, the fuel tank should be filled up and the oil outlet valve should be opened.
4. Before operation, the bleed screw should be opened to exhaust the air in the oil circuit, and the fuel pump should be inspected and tested, and the fuel injection should be observed from the cleaning hole; if it is found to be abnormal, it should be adjusted.
5. Before operation, the upper piston should be lifted slightly higher than the upper cylinder using the landing gear, the oil plug of the oil storage chamber should be opened, and filled with lubricating oil as required. For self-lubricating pile managers, a special oil pump should be used to add lubricating oil to the lubricating oil pipeline, and the air in the pipeline should be excluded.
6. For the newly activated pile hammer, 0.5L lubricant should be poured in advance along the upper piston, and a certain amount of lubricant should be added to the lower piston with an oil gun.
7. All tightening bolts should be inspected, and the fixing bolts of the guide plate should be inspected with emphasis. Do not work under loose or missing parts.
8. The working mechanism of the landing gear should be checked and confirmed to be safe and reliable. The contact line between the starting hook and the upper piston is between 5 and 10 mm.
9. After lifting the pile hammer out of the plunge seat, its sliding length should not exceed 200mm. When exceeding, the pile cap rope buckle should be adjusted.
10. The gap between the guide plates should be checked. When the gap exceeds 7mm, the gap should be replaced.
11. The cushion rubber pad should be checked. When the contact surface between the bumper seat and the rubber pad is less than two-thirds of the original area, or the distance between the lower cylinder flange and the bumper seat is less than 7mm, the rubber pad should be replaced.
12. For water-cooled pile hammers, the water in the water tank should be filled up. Soft water must be used for cooling water. Warm water should be added in winter.
13. Before starting the pile hammer, the pile hammer, pile cap and pile should be on the same axis, and the pile should not be driven eccentrically.
14. When starting the pile hammer in the soft soil layer with large penetration of the pile, it should be said to close the throttle and hit cold, and when the penetration of each hit is less than 100mm, then open the throttle to start the pile hammer.
15. During hammering, the maximum take-off height of the upper piston shall not exceed the stipulations in the factory manual. The visual measurement height should conform to the visual table or calculation formula on the factory manual. When the specified height is exceeded, the throttle should be reduced to control the fall distance.
16. When the upper piston falls and the diesel hammer does not explode, the upper piston may overshoot for a short time. At this time, the landing gear must not fall, and it should be prevented from hitting the bump.
17. During the pile driving process, a special person should be responsible for pulling the control rope on the crank arm; in an unexpected situation, the control rope can be used to stop the hammer.
18. When the upper piston is disconnected from the starting hook, the landing gear should continue to be lifted, which should reach or exceed the distance of 2m from the upper cylinder.
19. During operation, it is important to observe whether the lubricating oil of the upper piston leaks from the oil hole. When the lower cylinder is lubricated by the automatic fuel pump, the head of the oil pipe should be opened frequently to check whether there is oil spraying; when there is no automatic fuel pump, lubricating oil should be injected into the piston lubrication point every 15 minutes. When the driving time of a pile exceeds 15min, lubricating oil should be added immediately after driving.
20. During the operation, when the impact energy of the pile hammer reaches the maximum energy, the penetration value of the last 10 hammers shall not be less than 5mm.
21. The packing in the pile cap must not be skewed, and the center of the pile cap should be hammered during the operation.
22. During the operation, when the water in the water jacket is lower than the suction and exhaust port of the lower cylinder due to evaporation, it should be replenished in time, and operation without water is strictly prohibited.
23. During the operation, when the downtime is long, the pile hammer should be dropped and cushioned, and the pile hammer should not be suspended during maintenance.
24. It is strictly forbidden to carry out actions such as hanging pile, hanging hammer, turning or walking at the same time. The operator shall not leave the post when the pile driver is suspended with a pile and hammer.
25. In the event of severe weather such as thunderstorms, heavy fog and strong winds of level 6 and above, all operations shall be stopped. When the wind exceeds level 7 or there is a storm alarm, the pile driver should be parked downwind, and the cable wind rope should be added, or the pile column should be placed on the ground. When the length of the column is 27m or more, it should be laid down in advance.
26. After the operation, the pile driver should be parked on a solid and level ground, the pile hammer should be lowered and cushioned, and the power supply should be cut off.
27. After the shutdown, the pile hammer should be placed at the lowest position, the cylinder head and the suction and exhaust hole plugs should be closed, the fuel valve should be closed, the operating rod should be placed in the shutdown position, the landing gear should be raised to 1m above the pile hammer, and the limit device should be locked. .
28. The pile hammer that has been out of use for a long time should be removed from the pile driver, the cooling water, fuel oil and lubricating oil should be released, the combustion chamber and the impact surfaces of the upper and lower pistons should be cleaned, and anti-corrosion measures should be taken and covered with protective sleeves Store and save.
