(1) Purge method.
That part of the diesel oil is left in the fuel tank, and then the compressed air of 19.6~29.4KPa is led into the bottom of the fuel tank with a plastic tube to make the diesel oil tumbling for cleaning, and constantly changing the position and direction of the lower end of the air pipe to clean the entire fuel tank.
The diesel fuel that was discharged from the fuel tank immediately after blowing, and the Carter excavator repaired the impurities suspended in the oil to flow out with the diesel fuel. If the diesel oil flowing out is dirty, wash it again with the above method until the oil released contains no impurities.
(2) Steam method.
Drain the diesel, remove the fuel tank, then fill the diesel tank with half of the water, introduce the steam into the water from the fuel port through the pipe, and make the water in the diesel tank boil for about lh. In this way, the gum and residual diesel molecules adhered to the inner wall of the tank can be dissolved in water.
Lightweight dirt will float on the surface and be washed away. In this way, the diesel tank can be rinsed twice in succession.
(3) Solvent method.
Clean the diesel tank of the Caterpillar excavator with hot water, then blow dry with compressed air to remove the diesel vapor inside, and finally put the diesel tank in an aqueous solution containing 10% sodium hydroxide for dipping. After dipping, rinse the inside and outside of the diesel tank with clean water. If rust is found on the outside, brush with a wire brush.
Removal of cooling system dirt in modern excavator maintenance
Inject 15% sodium hydroxide solution into the system, run the diesel engine after 8~12h, stop when the water temperature rises to 80~90'C, and immediately release the washing liquid to prevent the precipitation of scale suspended in the solution to block the water channel, and then use Clean the system with clean water until it is clean.
If the cylinder head of the Caterpillar excavator is made of aluminum alloy, it can be made into a clearing liquid according to the ratio of 50g of sodium silicate, 20g of liquid soap, and 10kg of water. Left and right, then release the lotion, and then wash with water.
