1. When the pile driver is working, it needs someone to command. The commander and the operator must check the signals with each other before working, and they should cooperate closely during the work.
2. At the beginning, the bell should be used to send a signal by other means, and then notify the people around to leave.
3. The pile driver and the pile cap, the pile cap and the pipe column plane should be leveled, the coupling bolt should be tightened, and it should be checked regularly for looseness.
4. The starting of the pile driver should be gradually accelerated from low speed to high speed.
5. The pile driver should pay close attention to the voltage and current on the control panel during the work. If any abnormal noise or other conditions are found, the inspection should be stopped immediately.
6. Always check the bearing temperature and the bearing cover screws for looseness. Strictly check whether the eccentric iron block connecting screws are loose for accidents.
7. It is forbidden to stand around the pipe column when sinking.
8. When the pile driver cooperates with water injection and mud suction, it should be suitable for the relevant personnel to contact in advance and take photos with each other in the work.
9. When connecting a long pipe string or a pile and installing a pile cap, the staff must wear a seat belt.
10. During the sinking process, it is forbidden to carry out machine maintenance and repair work.
