1) Before checking the trial operation, the oil quantity should be increased enough to keep the oil level above the minimum of the oil scale. The oil must be clean. When refueling, impurities and moisture should be prevented from entering the oil, because the evaporation of water can easily generate bubbles, which will reduce the efficiency of the engine and damage the seals.
2) When the reversing switch is in the neutral position, the engine speed is 1000-1200r/min, the test operation is 1-2min, after stopping the operation, the oil level should be checked and should be within the range of the oil standard.
3) Make the hydraulic drive in the neutral position, run for 2min, and then connect the forward and backward lines respectively for 1-2min.
Check the pressure of the hydraulic transmission device. When the speed is 1000r/min when the commutation is in the neutral position, the minimum pressure of the torque converter is 0.26MPa, and the minimum pressure of the safety valve should be 0.7MPa.
When the commutation is in the forward or backward position, and the rotation speed is 1000r/min, the clutch oil pressure is 0.7MPa.

4) After the above repeated transformation, it can continue to run for 120 minutes, continue to check each item, and check the oil temperature in the hydraulic transmission housing, which should be within the range of 60-90 ℃. If the oil temperature is too high, the cooling system should be checked to remove the blockage, rupture, whether the oil level is too low, or bubbles in the system, and the clutch oil may be stuck.
