If the hydraulic pressure needs to be disassembled and inspected, it is very difficult for the operator, and it is expensive to find the excavator to repair; therefore, today I will introduce the installation procedure of the hydraulic regulator in the reverse order of the disassembly for everyone. Learn to help everyone completely solve the problem of failure.
Please pay attention to the following matters during operation:
1) Repair the damaged parts during disassembly and prepare replacement parts in advance.
2) If foreign matter enters, it is easy to cause operation errors. Thoroughly clean the parts in the cleaning oil and blow them dry with air jets, and perform the installation work in a clean place.
3) Tighten the bolts and plugs according to the specified torque.
4) Before installation, apply clean hydraulic oil to the moving parts.
5) In principle, parts such as O-rings should be replaced.
1. Install the correction rod and install the correction rod into the correction hole of the hood.
2. Install the control rod Put the pin pressed on the control rod into the slot on the correction rod, and then install the control rod to the pin pressed into the hood.
3. Install the bushing and spool valve as shown in Figure 6-138. Put the spool valve and bushing into the spool valve hole of the hood. Make sure that the spool valve and bushing run smoothly in the hood. Clarify the direction of the spool valve.
4. Install the feedback lever as shown in Figure 6-139, install the feedback lever, and then insert the pin into the pin hole of the feedback lever. If you first insert the pin slightly into the feedback lever, the operation becomes easier. Be careful not to mistake the direction of the feedback lever during installation.

6. Install the control rod as shown in Figure 6-140, insert the pin pressed into the control rod into the groove of the pilot piston and install the control rod.
7. Install the fulcrum plug as shown in Figure 6-141, install the fulcrum plug so that the pin pressed into the fulcrum can be inserted into the pin hole of the control rod, and then install the snap ring.
8. Install the adjusting plug. Insert the adjusting plug and install a snap ring. Do not confuse the hole with the fulcrum and the hole into which the adjusting plug is inserted.
Here, operate the feedback lever and make sure that the gap is not large and the lever moves flexibly.
9. Install the return spring and spring seat as shown in Figure 6-142. Install the return spring into the spool valve hole and install the snap ring.
10. Install the compensator and install the fixed spring into the spool valve hole, as shown in Figure 6-143, put the compensation piston cover and piston cover into the correction hole and connect with the pilot cover, and then tighten it with the hexagon socket head bolt Solid together.
11. Insert the pilot hole and calibration hole. Insert the spring seat, pilot spring and calibration rod into the pilot hole. Then, as shown in Figure 6-144, install the spring seat, inner spring and outer spring into the calibration hole. Don't get the direction of the spring seat wrong.
12. Install the protective cover, as shown in Figure 6-145, install the adjusting screw, correction rod, lock nut and hexagon socket head nut, and assemble the protective cover. At this point, the installation is completed.
