1. If it is a new excavator, the oil consumption will be greater than that of the old machinery and equipment. Because the oil-storing grooves produced and processed on the surface of the engine cylinder block will store and consume a little oil, then the machine will run in during the run-in period. The bevel angle of the groove is slowly polished away, and the oil consumption is also slowly reduced!
2. After the piston rod oil ring scrapes off unnecessary oil on the inner wall of the cylinder, a layer of floating oil is left on the inner wall of the cylinder. The "oil pump" condition of the piston rod causes a part of the oil to run into the combustion chamber and be consumed;
3. Engine oil drips and lubricates the cylinder and valve guide according to the human oil passage through the crank arm. The lubricated oil flows into the combustion room and burns. If the cylinder and valve guide are not lubricated, they will be quickly calcined and destroyed;
4. Because the organic exhaust gas turbocharging is based on the balanced working pressure sealing lubricating oil of the intake and exhaust pipes, a small amount of oil is exposed when starting and shutting down the equipment, long-term low-standby speed operation or high speed and high speed. ;
5. The high-speed operation of the crankshaft of the excavator engine excites the oil in the engine oil pan and atomizes the oil. The misted oil is discharged to the equipment along with the organic waste gas, giving a small amount of oil consumption.

1. The lack of tightness of the diesel engine itself leads to oil leakage; because of the long-term operation of the diesel engine, the damage to the cylinder wall by the piston rod gradually increases, and the gap between the piston rod increases, and the oil will enter the cylinder according to this gap for combustion; After long-term operation, the valve gap sealing gasket will also become brittle, resulting in the tightness of the sealing, and the oil will be burned according to the cylinder into the cylinder;
2. Observe whether the excavator emits black smoke, which is an obvious feature of the excavator's burning oil;
3. If the engine oil is burned and the exhaust pipe has dripping engine oil, the piston ring will be damaged or cracked and cause the engine oil to burn. If the oil dripping from the exhaust pipe is not serious, it will be that the turbocharger is not tightly sealed. Remove the water pipes on both sides of the turbocharger to check if there is organic oil. If there is organic oil, it indicates that it is a common turbocharger fault;
4. Check if the engine oil is consumed due to the damage of the valve oil seal.
