1. Disassembly of excavator slewing device
① Lower the working device to the ground and stop the engine.
② Operate the joystick and pedal several times to depressurize the hydraulic line.
③ Slowly release the air breather on the fuel tank to relieve the pressure.
When disassembling, pay attention to prevent the residual liquid from being burned by pressure splashing the skin. When the piping and hose are disconnected, put the oil flowing out into the container.
④ Disconnect the high-pressure hose device, as shown in Figure 3-46.
⑤ Disconnect the pilot hose, as shown in Figure 3-47.
⑥ Lift the rotary motor device, and then remove the rotary motor mounting bolts.
⑦Removing the swing motor device When removing the swing motor device, check that all piping has been disconnected.
2. Installation of rotary device
(1) Follow the steps opposite to disassembly (2) Remove the air from the rotary motor
①Remove the vent plug.
② Pour hydraulic oil until the oil overflows from the oil port.
③Tighten the plug lightly.
④ Start the engine, run at low idling speed and check whether oil flows out from the plug.
⑤Tighten the plug completely.
(2) Confirm the hydraulic oil level and check whether the hydraulic oil leaks
