Repair And Maintenance Of Pile Drivers

The pile driver can be used not only for pile driving on building foundations, but also for bridge piling and road piling. For the same type of pile driver, due to the different design level, manufacturing quality, use environment and technical and management level of the maintenance unit, their service life will vary greatly. Therefore, the research, design, manufacture, installation, operation, maintenance and repair of construction machinery are all responsible for extending the life of the machinery.


1. The winch, the column guide rail, the slewing mechanism, the slewing support, the diagonal brace adjustment mechanism, the support chain wheel, the guide wheel, and the drive wheel bracket should be regularly checked, and lubricating grease should be added on schedule.


1.1 The copper sleeves at both ends of the main winch drum should be filled with grease every day.


1.2 The support sprocket, guide wheel and drive wheel should be filled with grease at least once a week, and the track should be idling away from the ground when filling.


1.3 The main winch exposed gear, column guide rail, slewing support, diagonal brace screw, hydraulic system should be checked every day, lack of timely lubricating grease, and hydraulic oil.


2. Wire and cable joints, oil pipe joints, places prone to collision and friction, should be sheathed or protected with protective pipes.


3. Check the power head, or the vibration hammer flange bolts and bolts and nuts of the operating mechanism loosely during work every day:


4. Pay attention to whether there is any up-and-down stringing phenomenon under the ball screw during work. If there is stringing, stop working immediately, remove the end cover of the ball seat under the beam, so that the diagonal brace is pressurized and fastened. The lower nut is tightened, and if necessary, the nut is welded firmly. When the temperature drops below zero in winter, check whether there is water in the extended beam, and remove the water in time to prevent the nut from loosening due to freezing.


5. When the diagonal brace rotates, pay attention to whether there is a swing phenomenon. If there is a swing, replace the guide copper sleeve or copper nut in the diagonal brace in time.


6. The machine is operated with a reducer. It is necessary to observe whether the internal lubricating oil reaches the specified oil level. If it is insufficient, it should be filled with HJ-10 (GB443-64) mechanical oil. The inclined brace adjustment mechanism should be filled with 40# engine oil (please refer to (Details on the use of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil for crawler pile drivers), the oil surface is under the vent plug hole when working.


7. The hydraulic system oil tank, oil pump and control valve should be kept clean.


The first oil change time is 200 hours, and every 1000 hours thereafter. Every time the oil tank is changed, it must be carefully cleaned to prevent dirt from entering the oil.


8. The pulley blocks, bearings and other rotating parts of the pile frame are equipped with grease nipples, and calcium-based lubricating grease should be added on time.


9. The track chain should be cleaned every working day to ensure that the track is clean and operates normally.


10. Wear of power head slips, nylon sleeves on pulleys, copper sleeves on main winches, etc. should be replaced in time.


11. The wire rope should be inspected, maintained and used in accordance with relevant national standards.


12. The supporting agencies use and maintain according to the requirements of the supporting instructions.
