Failure phenomenon: More hydraulic oil oozes out at the main pump.
User opinion: think the main pump has serious quality problems, request to replace the main pump
Inspection steps (analysis of the cause of the failure): From the surface, there is indeed a lot of hydraulic oil on the surface of the main pump, and soon after wiping off the hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil seeps out to clean the main pump and wipe the hydraulic oil again At the M4 screw on the pump, the hydraulic oil oozes out first, and then check the screw. The screw is not tightened. After tightening the screw, no hydraulic oil oozes out, and observe for 1 hour, normal.
Troubleshooting experience:
1. Although the fault is not complicated, because the agent did not make a serious inspection, the main pump is considered to have serious quality problems (requires the manufacturer to confirm on site), and the main pump is almost replaced
2. It is very important to confirm the oil leakage point of oil leakage failure. Failure to confirm will complicate the failure (even a simple failure), and of course will cause users to misunderstand that the product has important quality problems
3. Before we arrived at the scene, the agent had been asked to carefully check the oil leakage point, and the agent said that it had been inspected, but did not find where the oil had leaked from. It means that the agent did not follow the requirements or did not follow the company's instructions at all.
