The clutch bearing of the internal combustion forklift works frequently, and the number of damages accounts for a large proportion of forklift failures. If the driver operates properly and maintains it in time, the bearing can be used for about 3 months, but it must be replaced with a new one during intermediate repair. If the driver's technical level is low, the forklift driven by the driver will have damage to the separation bearing almost every month. After the damage, other parts such as the separation lever and clutch plate will also be affected. As a result, the material cost for equipment maintenance will increase significantly.

What is the reason why the clutch release bearing is easily damaged? In practice, although drivers were strictly required to drip oil to the separation bearings once a day, not only was the operation cumbersome, but the bearings were still frequently damaged. According to analysis, the high temperature of the engine is transmitted to the separation bearing, and the high speed of the bearing rotates to produce high temperature. Under this condition, the oil is difficult to remain in the bearing. The bearing works continuously at high temperature and the lubrication conditions are not good. This is Causes of frequent damage.

In response to the above problems, it has also been tried to heat the bearing in grease to soak the grease into the bearing. After this treatment, although the grease can fill the bearing, the grease structure after high temperature treatment is destroyed, and the performance is large. The range is reduced, the effect of using this method is not ideal, and the service life of the bearing is not extended. We have also used a pointed grease gun to directly inject grease into the separation bearing. After being installed on the vehicle, the service life of the bearing has been greatly extended after observation and detection. This oil injection method has received satisfactory results, but the operation is more complicated. Then I explored adding butter when the engine did not disintegrate. First, I tried it successfully on the 475C engine, and then tried it on the 475C and 480, 492 engines. After repeated practice, improvement, and summing up experience, a set of relatively simple oil injection operation methods are finally formed. The specific process is as follows:

(L) The oil injection method without disassembly of the engine, first open the clutch cover and observe the wear of the separation bearing. If the bearing is not damaged or the wear is not overrun, remove the clutch pedal and adjust the connecting rod shaft pin to make the separation bearing and its bearing With the seat back to the last position, use a pointed-tipped grease gun to fill the hole of the bearing seat with oil until the bearing overflows, then turn the bearing slightly, refill the oil, and repeat the above work until there is a little grease around the bearing. Rotate the bearing and observe the amount of oil. If you feel resistance to the bearing rotation, it proves that the bearing is filled with butter. Then remove a small amount of grease spilled from the bearing housing and reassemble the removed pin and clutch cover.

(2) The oil injection method for disassembling the engine. Disassemble the engine to expose the assembly of the separation bearing and the bearing housing. Use a pointed-nozzle grease gun to add oil to the small oil hole under the inner ring of the separation bearing housing. All the circles can overflow with butter.

After processing by the above two methods, the separation bearing can no longer be lubricated within six months. After this set of oil injection method was tested in Hengshui Railway Station, the mechanical integrity rate was significantly improved, and obvious economic benefits were achieved. It can save material cost; increase the loading and unloading capacity, each can increase the loading and unloading capacity by 30t per month. This method has also been popularized in other railway stations, and all have achieved better results.
