1. Types of paver
A) Crushed stone:

B) Asphalt concrete:
Spread the asphalt mixture evenly on the road base, and carry out preliminary vibration and leveling machinery. There are two types of crawler and tire. It consists of two parts: traction, paving, compaction and ironing. The former includes frame, power unit, walking device, hopper, feed gate, scraper conveyor, screw spreader and cab. The latter includes a traction arm, a tapping mechanism and an ironing device (composed of a screed plate, thickness adjuster, crown adjuster and heating device, etc.).
Second, the operating rules of the paver
1. The operator of the paver must undergo professional training to understand the mechanical performance, structure, maintenance knowledge, master the performance of the machine and the operation essentials and safety matters, and only after it has been qualified by the relevant departments, can it be operated alone.
2. Before starting the engine, you must check whether the amount of oil (engine oil, fuel oil, working oil, lubricating oil) is sufficient, the tightness of the belt on the fan, whether there is oil leakage and loose parts. Check whether the various accessories, accessories, tools, etc. required for the day's work are available.
3. After starting the engine, check whether the indication of each monitoring system is normal after running at idle for at least two minutes.
4. The material transport vehicle must be commanded by someone to accurately discharge the material into the machine hopper.
5. Before working, the paver must get in touch with the left and right leveling personnel to ensure that other personnel are not in the operation.
6. When the operation gear is switched to the driving gear, it must be carried out under the condition that the working parts stop working after the machine is completely stabilized at the small throttle.
7. The operator is strictly forbidden to drink and operate, the equipment must be neatly dressed, no slippers, no smoking, eating and drinking and other behaviors that hinder safe operation.
8. After the paver is working, all protective devices must be installed at the designated location.
9. The operation room (table) must be kept clean, and oil and other contaminants should be cleaned up in time, and tools and other items must not be placed in disorder.
10. Before leaving the operating platform, the driver must put the operating mechanism in the "0" position.
11. When the hydraulic automatic widening paver is widened, you must pay attention and observe the surrounding conditions to avoid hurting people and damaging the equipment.
12. When the paving is heated by liquefied gas tank, the tank valve must be closed in case of flameout or fire. When the ambient temperature is higher than 200C or the sun is directly exposed to the air tank of the vehicle, the air tank is used for heating, and the air tank must be covered.
13. After the paving is completed, the screed must be placed on the plinth when the cleaning material is conveyed, the tamping device, and the machine is stopped. The parking machine should not obstruct the traffic, and a warning sign should be placed. The engine idle belt runs for 5 minutes before turning off, then cut off the power and lock the instrument panel.
14. Equipment maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the requirements in the manual.
15. During equipment maintenance, you must:
(1) The hopper and screed are fixed firmly.
(2) The engine is turned off.
(3) When servicing the hydraulic system, the residual pressure of the hydraulic system must be released.
