With the diversification of highway grades in my country, the paver in road machinery has shown a trend of rapid development, which is favored by the construction machinery industry. So what technical failures will you encounter in daily use? What are the technical maintenance methods?
1. Technical failure of the paver
1. Overheating of hydraulic oil:
Excessive oil temperature in the hydraulic system of the paver will reduce the viscosity of the oil, increase the amount of leakage, and damage the oil film of the lubricated part, which will aggravate the wear of the components; at the same time, high temperature will also make the gasket made of rubber and other materials premature Damaged by aging.
Therefore, it is very important to control the proper oil temperature. When the oil temperature is too high, it must be shut down for inspection, generally from the following aspects:
(1) Check whether the liquid level of the fuel tank is too low. Experience shows that the high oil temperature is often caused by the lack of oil in the fuel tank, so it should be replenished in time when the oil is lacking.
(2) Whether the hydraulic oil filter and circuit are blocked.
(3) Whether the radiator is normal. A large amount of dust attached to the radiator can cause poor heat dissipation and increase the oil temperature. Because the working environment of the paver is dusty, the radiator should be cleaned in time.
(4) Whether the quality of hydraulic oil is qualified. If the quality of the added oil is unqualified, the system oil temperature will be too high.
In addition, the hydraulic system works when there is a shortage of oil, it is easy to cause damage to the pump and the motor. Therefore, after the fault is eliminated, the running status of the pump and the motor must be checked. If necessary, replace the damaged parts of the pump and the motor.
2. The spiral distributor does not work:
Sometimes the left and right distributors do not work on the paver. The reason is generally that the oil supply system is faulty. The reasons for the low pressure of the charge system are: the inlet channel of the charge pump is not smooth; the pressure of the relief valve of the charge pump is low; the charge pump itself is faulty; the hydraulic motor is seriously leaking. In general, it is important to check the charge pump and its overflow valve.
Precautions:
In the use of the paver, the maintenance of the hydraulic system can greatly reduce the failure. In general, the following points should be noted:
(1) Before adding the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic oil tank, it should be filled with a clean container. The hydraulic oil must be filtered by the oil filter and then added to the hydraulic oil tank; the replacement period of the hydraulic oil depends on the quality of the oil used (generally replaced every 1000h ); The replacement of hydraulic oil should be carried out at the operating temperature; in order to ensure good heat dissipation of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil radiator should also be cleaned regularly.
(2) As the construction environment of the asphalt paver is generally harsh, the replacement period of the hydraulic oil filter element should also be shortened (generally 750h is appropriate), and the new filter element should be inspected, and the use of deformed, polluted or rusted Filter element.
(3) When the engine is started daily, it should be run at idle speed for a period of time before operating the actuators, which is beneficial to the use of hydraulic pumps.
(4) Due to long-term use of the paver, the hydraulic system parameters sometimes change. Therefore, the parameter settings of the hydraulic system should be checked regularly and adjusted in time.
2. Technical maintenance of the paver
1. Daily technical maintenance
(1) Clean the paver: remove the mud, sticky sand and asphalt accumulated on the surface of the paver; remove the dust and grease on the surface of the engine, hydraulic components and other components. Be careful not to get dirt into each fuel filler and air filter.
(2) Check the nozzles, connecting pipes, gas tanks and switches of the heating system.
(3) Check the connection and tightening of various components of the paver, especially whether the connecting bolts of the left and right crawler beams and the frame, screed, material distributor and scraper conveyor are loose or broken, and tighten them if necessary Or replace.
(4) Check and eliminate the leakage of each part.
(5) Check the quantity of engine oil, fuel, coolant and hydraulic oil, and add new oil to the scale indicated by the oil standard as required.
(6) Check whether the proper amount of grease in the centralized lubrication device.
(7) Check whether the blade of the spiral material distribution device is cracked, and replace it if there is any.
(8) Check whether each electrical plug is loose.
2. Periodic technical maintenance
(1) Technical maintenance content after 50h
Before being put into use, the paver should be tested for 50 hours, otherwise it shall not be put into use. The 50h running-in operation should be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations in the engine instruction manual. After the running-in trial operation is completed, technical maintenance shall be carried out as follows:
①Replace the diesel engine oil: drain the old engine oil when warming up, and then inject new engine oil; after a short period of operation, immediately check whether the engine oil level is at the specified height.
②Replace the lubricating oil of the transfer case and all reducers (including walking, splitting, and conveying reducers); when the engine is warmed up, let out the old lubricating oil and then inject new lubricating oil.
③ Replace the oil filter element.
④ Replace the diesel fine filter element.
⑤ Check whether the hydraulic oil reaches the specified amount.
⑥ Check the engine coolant level, if it is insufficient, add it to the specified amount.
⑦Check the nozzle, connecting pipe, gas tank and switches of the heating system.
⑧ Check whether the rubber track shoe has cracks, if the crack length is greater than 50mm, it must be replaced.
⑨ Check whether there is leakage in each hydraulic system, if necessary, eliminate it.
⑩Each time the diesel engine works for 50h, the filter element of the air cleaner must be cleaned.
Check the blades of the spiral feeder for cracks and replace if necessary.
Check whether the auto leveling device is normal.
Check if there is any leakage in each working cylinder, if any, it should be eliminated.
(2) Technical maintenance content for every 100 hours of work
①All items for daily technical maintenance.
② Carry out maintenance according to the technical maintenance items of 100h in the instruction manual of the diesel engine.
(3) Technical maintenance for every 200 hours of work
① Repeat the technical maintenance content of 100h.
② Carry out maintenance according to the technical maintenance items of 200h in the instruction manual of the diesel engine.
(4) Technical maintenance content for every 500 hours of work
① Repeat all items in the 200h technical maintenance.
② Carry out maintenance according to the technical maintenance items of 200h in the instruction manual of the diesel engine.
③ Check whether there are cracks in the welding parts of the frame, fuel tank and other important parts, and whether the track beam is deformed. If it is resolved.
④Check whether the electrical circuit of each operation switch and operation monitoring device is normal. If it is damaged, it must be repaired immediately.
⑤Check the abrasion of the feeding device.
⑥Check the basic conditions of the battery, such as the oxidation of the two poles.
(5) Technical maintenance content per 1000 hours of work
① Repeat the content of technical maintenance at 200h.
② Carry out maintenance according to the technical maintenance items of 200h in the instruction manual of the diesel engine.
③ Replace the hydraulic oil filter element.
④ Change the diesel engine oil.
In addition to the periodic technical maintenance described above, a full inspection and maintenance of the paver must be carried out every winter, and the lubricants of the reducers and transfer cases must be replaced if necessary.
3. Technical maintenance for long-term parking
If the paver will be parked for 3 months, it should be maintained according to the following requirements:
(1) Carry out long-term technical maintenance and anti-rust treatment according to the requirements in the instruction manual.
(2) Clean the inner and outer surfaces of the machine, hopper, screed, spiral feeding device and scraper conveying device. It should be parked in the warehouse as much as possible; if it is placed in the open air, it should be placed in a ventilated place and covered with canvas.
(3) Pad the screed with wooden blocks.
(4) The hopper and leveling cylinder must be fully retracted and greased.
(5) When parked for a long time, only the basic section of the ironing device and the feeding device can be installed on the main machine.
(6) The random accessories of the paver should be anti-rust treated after cleaning and placed in a clean and ventilated room.
(7) Add new lubricating oil or grease to the lubrication points of the paver.
