The reason is that the engine timing is poor and the ignition is too late; engine oil has been pumped into the combustion chamber or excessive diesel oil has been injected; the hydraulic oil temperature is too high due to prolonged overload operation. After comprehensive observation of the engine, eliminate the above reasons. The engine just started to run normally, and overheated after half an hour of operation, it seems that there are other reasons.



Insufficient heat dissipation. The reason is insufficient water and running lack of water; poor water quality, mixed with oil in the water to reduce thermal conductivity; too hard water quality produces a large amount of scale, which seriously affects heat dissipation; mixed gas in water reduces its heat dissipation capacity; poor thermostat, insufficient opening of large circulation; mud Impurities such as sand, rust, scale, etc. clog the water tank; the water tank grille is blocked by tree branches, insects, sand and debris; the pump is defective; the fan belt is loose and the fan blades are deformed to cause insufficient cooling, etc.


After carefully checking the reasons for the existence of the outside world, first adjust the fan belt to an appropriate tension, and then install a car washer to thoroughly clean the water tank and hydraulic oil radiator, after removing the sludge, insects and other debris on the grille From the appearance, the radiator looks like new. After entering the construction site for a period of time, the effect has changed. The overheating alarm time has been extended from the original half hour to half a day. It can basically work continuously for about 4 hours, but it is still overheated. We The engine was inspected again, and it was later determined that the heat dissipation was poor, so the heat dissipation system was analyzed. The heat dissipation system is a combination of a water tank and a hydraulic oil radiator, which is completely sealed with a sponge. Judging from this, there may be clogged debris between the two, so the sponge was disassembled and it was found that the water tank and the hydraulic oil radiator were blocked by catkins. After clearing, a large load of long-term operation was performed, and no overheating phenomenon occurred again.


Subsequently, this phenomenon was analyzed: because the engine was drawn in, the wind was very fierce. When the construction was carried out in the environment with catkins falling, the wind of the engine sucked all the catkins into the grille of the water tank. It is just a hydraulic oil radiator to remove the debris on it, but it is not easy to see on the water tank inside.
