Using Skills Of Forklift Scale

(1) the forklift scale used for trade settlement is a measuring instrument subject to compulsory verification. It can be put into use only after it is verified to be qualified by the legal measurement verification institution after installation. The lead seal shall not be damaged, and the system components shall not be replaced, adjusted or changed.

(2) forklift scales shall be used and maintained by full-time operators, who shall be familiar with the technical performance, operation methods and use essentials of Forklift Scales, and shall be skilled in handling problems on site.

(3) before weighing, check whether the scale body is flexible, clean the scale surface and keep it clean. At the same time, check whether there are foreign matters in the scale platform gap, whether the limit gap is reasonable, whether each wiring is loose and broken, whether the grounding is firm, and whether the performance of supporting components is good.

(4) the operator shall check and maintain various components of the forklift scale, regularly check whether the lines and junction boxes are dry, and ask professionals to replace them if necessary.

Fault analysis and solution of forklift scale:

Fault 1: the forklift scale weighs for many times, but the weight is inconsistent and there is error.

Solution 1: lift the forklift scale to Zui height, insert a piece of paper into the gap between the scale and the four sides of the fork tooth cover, and draw a circle to see if there is a place to lean. If there is a problem of leaning, use appropriate tools to tilt it away

Solution 2: lift the fork tooth cover, loosen the sensor snap ring, use a large slotted screwdriver to adjust upward, and then install the snap ring. If there is no adjusting screw on the sensor, loosen the snap ring, then remove the fork tooth cover, and then screw down the four screws in the cover for 2-3 turns.

Fault 2: the skip number does not return to zero when weighing the forklift scale

Solution: first of all, if the problem of inaccurate weighing is found, that is, an object is the same in two weighing States, it needs to be recalibrated and debugged until it is accurate. If the hop count does not return to zero error, please check whether the sensor fixing screw is loose and on the same plane. If no screw is loose and on the same plane, check whether the sensor itself is faulty (sensor self detection method: use a universal meter to test the four sensors to see if the linearity is the same). If the sensor itself is faulty, replace the sensor.

Fault 3: the forklift scale has no response and often reports errors.

Solution: in case of this problem, first check whether there is a problem with the circuit, whether there is a short circuit at the wire head, whether the wire in the junction box falls off, etc. Secondly, check whether the instrument can be started normally and conduct self inspection. If there is a problem caused by the circuit, the wiring should be connected properly. If there is a problem with the instrument itself, please contact the manufacturer / or distributor.
