A simple and practical method for removing iron powder from excavators:
Method 1: filtrate hydraulic oil and put magnet powder into the hydraulic tank.
Method two: clean all hydraulic oil and oil circuits, and clean the control valve, replace the hydraulic filter element and so on.
Method three: let out the hydraulic oil, suck the iron powder in the hydraulic tank with the magnet, then add the diesel, work for about ten minutes, and let the diesel be released. Clean all the main valve spool.
Method four: in addition to the above three methods, there are several times to replace hydraulic oil, so that the iron powder in the hydraulic pipe of the whole excavator can be ruled out.
