The maintenance of the oil pump of the oil machine includes the following three parts:
1 machine oil pump dismantling:
After the oil pump is dismantled, the following inspection shall be carried out.
(1) check the distance between the gear end and the end face of the pump cover with a ruler or feeler, that is, check the end clearance.
(2) measuring the meshing clearance of the gear with a tape measure; measuring the gap between the tooth clearance of the 120 adjacent 3 points, the gap between the tooth gap should not exceed O.1 millimeter, and the gap between the tooth top and the pump shell is measured; the clearance between the oil pump shaft and the bearing is checked by the dial gauge and the micrometer. The gap between the inner circle of the pump shell.
2 oil pump shell examination repair:
The main defects of the oil pump shell are the wear of the main bearing hole of the oil pump, the wear of the shaft hole of the passive gear, the damage of the screw hole and the crack of the shell. The large wear of the main bearing seat of the oil pump can be large in the repair size, the repair size for the same level, or the axle hole insert method to restore the nominal size. The crack of the casing of the oil pump can be recovered. It is welded and repaired. The threaded hole on the shell can be expanded and inserted and then repaired with standard thread.
When the gear end of the oil pump is worn with the cover of the pump, the clearance increases, the pump oil quantity and the pump oil pressure drop. If the end gap exceeds the standard, it should be repaired. If the bottom wear of the pump shell should be worn and worn surface, the pump cover and the gear end face should be worn and repaired. If the end face gap is too large, if the end gap is too large, it can be turned and then lapping each end. The error of the parallel degree of the axis of the active gear bearing hole and the axis of the passive gear bearing hole does not exceed 100:0 - 14; the Perpendicularity Error of the end and the axis of the pump shell is not more than 100:0 -1; the plane degree error of the joint surface is not more than 0. 5 millimeters.
The assembly and performance test of the 3 engine oil pump:
When the oil pump is assembled, we should check the gap between the active gear, the passive gear and the pump cover. The common method is to add a small piece of lead wire between the drive gear and the pump cover, load the pump cover and tighten the screw. Then remove the pump cover and measure the thickness of the lead wire after the compression, that is, the end face clearance (1). If the gap is not suitable, it can be adjusted by increasing the liner between the pump cover and the pump shell, if the gap is 0.05 to 0.2 mm.
When assembling, the clearance of the gear and the rear end of the pump shell should be checked and adjusted (usually 0.03 to 0.08 millimeters). When the clearance exceeds the allowable value, the gasket can be added at the tail end.
Whole.
When the oil pump is assembled, the assembly test should be carried out. When the oil pump is tested, the main test conditions should be close to the normal working conditions of the diesel engine, and the technical state of the oil pump should be objectively reflected.
The influence of the speed of the oil pump on the oil quantity of the oil pump is relatively large. It is proved that when the pressure is constant, the speed of the pump is approximately linear with the change of the pump oil, and the test for the oil pump of different types of oil should be carried out according to the speed required.
(2) test pressure. When lubricating oil is circulating in the lubricating system, there is certain resistance. The test should cause certain resistance by human method to make it similar to or close to the resistance in the diesel engine. The test pressure should be adjusted according to the requirements of different diesel engines. The test pressure is generally the same as that of the normal working pressure.
Oil viscosity. When the diesel engine works, the working temperature of the friction surface is very high.
The working temperature of the lubricating oil is at 80~90 C, and the viscosity of the oil is very low. In order to make the test conditions close to the actual working conditions, a certain proportion of kerosene is added to the test oil. The test conditions stipulate that the temperature of the test room is 20 degrees C. The general temperature and lower deviation have little effect on the test results.
