Pre assembly work

2. to judge the environment around the machine, after the crawler falls off, try to select the spacious and flat ground. There are piles or stones, branches and other obstacles around the caterpillar, which can be leveled with a excavator bucket and keep a certain rotation and walking range.
3. judge the degree of the excavator shedding, if the breakage caused by the fracture of the object or other faults, the repairman should be promptly informed of the repair. See if the excavator's crawler is mixed with clay sand, if there is a large number of objects, it should be cleaned in time. Falling off to the operation, especially when the track links are poor, the clearance is larger and easier to fall off.
4. use a wrench or a sleeve, remove the grease mouth of the caterpillar, and use the excavator bucket to lift the caterpillar track on the shedding side of the caterpillar. The butter will be squeezed out and the drive wheel will shrink back.
Method of assembling caterpillar

Method two: when one side caterpillar falls off, cleaning the debris around the caterpillar, the driving wheel must be butted first, the upper end caterpillar is picked up with a bucket, and the driving wheel is aligned and entered into the track, and the drive gear is aligned with the iron rod and so on, and the upper tug is aligned.
