When the main shaft oil seal of the pump coupling fails, the fuel will enter the oil pan through the oil seal and the timing gearbox. At this time, the pump spindle oil seal must be replaced. When the ignition switch is turned on, the solenoid cut-off valve is opened and the oil circuit is opened; When the ignition switch is turned off, the sealing ring of the shut-off valve is closed under the action of the spring plate, and the oil circuit is cut off. When the sealing ring of the shut-off valve fails, the fuel will also flow into the injector through the shut-off valve and penetrate into the oil pan through the combustion chamber. At this time, the sealing ring of the shut-off valve must be removed and inspected.
? air compressor is an important accessory of loader braking system. If the air compressor fails, the whole machine cannot be started; Low air pressure, poor braking performance and potential safety hazards. The air compressor works under high temperature and high pressure for a long time, and the capacity of cylinder liner, piston, piston ring and inlet and exhaust valve is worn, which makes the machine unable to compress air, difficult to compress and serious fuel consumption.

Replace the piston ring: the cylinder diameter is a little larger, the Pu gas ring is too loose on the piston ring groove of the machine, and the thick gas ring is slightly tighter on the piston ring groove of the machine. Therefore, two piston rings should be used to form a piston ring (PU ring is not used, only thick ring). Use an air compressor to grind off a part of the opening of the new piston ring and distribute it into a cylinder diameter of 86mm. The original piston ring groove is machined by lathe according to the thickness of the new ring.
??2. Bore the original cylinder diameter to 87mm and use piston and piston ring. The piston pin is smaller than the piston pin of the original machine. The piston pin hole can be machined according to the original piston pin diameter.
