2. Pressure measurement
1) Preparation before pressure measurement
(1) Pressure gauge: measuring range is 46.3mpa and 9.8MPa.
(2) Tools: open end wrench (19mm) and Allen wrench (6mm).
(3) Check the maximum speed of the engine without load and the input current value of the main pump solenoid proportional reducing valve in mode s.
4) Release the pressure in the hydraulic tank.
(5) Install the pressure gauge.
(6) Confirm that the hydraulic oil temperature is 45 ~ 55 ℃.
2) Pressure measurement measures the actual working pressure and compares it with the standard set pressure.
3) Key points of pressure adjustment
(1) Confirm the actual pressure.
(2) Determine the difference between the standard set pressure and the actual pressure and determine the number of pressure regulating gaskets (the corresponding adjustment pressure value of each pressure regulating gasket is 0.5MPa).
