Fault analysis of traveling deviation of excavator
1. Check whether the track tension of hydraulic excavator is different on the left and right. The track tension has an impact on the walking distance. If the left and right walking distances are different, the walking will deviate to a certain side.
2. Check whether the performance of hydraulic excavator oil pump decreases. The oil pump plays an important role in oil supply. If the oil supply of left and right pumps is different when Volvo excavator is in "F" mode, it will also lead to walking deviation.
3. Check whether there is a problem with the performance of the hydraulic motor. If the performance of the left and right hydraulic motors is different, and they are not in good condition, the operation of the two motors will be different, resulting in different operation, resulting in walking deviation.
4. The seal of the central swivel of the hydraulic excavator is damaged. The central swivel joint is the main pipe for oil supply to two walks. If the seal of the oil supply joint does not play a sealing role, the seal on one side is well sealed and the seal on the other side is damaged, which may also lead to different left and right walks.
Fault analysis of slow response
1. The pump output flow is insufficient or the system leakage is too large. Insufficient flow and too large leakage of the pump will cause the normal operation of the machine, and the motion response of the device is slow and weak.
2. The oil viscosity is too high or too low. If the viscosity of hydraulic oil is too high, it will have a resistance effect on the working cylinder or motor piston. If it is too low, it will increase the leakage of plunger and piston.
3. The control pressure of the valve is insufficient or the damping hole in the valve is blocked. If the pressure is not enough, the valve core will not move and there will be no action.
4. Excessive external load. Excessive load will block the movement of the working device.
5. Amplifier failure or wrong adjustment.
6. The valve core is jammed; If the valve core enters the stolen goods, the surface of the valve core will be scratched, the movement of the valve core is not flexible, resulting in the clamping of the reversing, the connection of the oil circuit will also be hindered, and the working device will have the phenomenon of "card issuing".
7. The cylinder or motor is severely worn. The performance degradation of oil cylinder and motor eventually leads to weak or slow response of working device.
