Pay attention to the following problems during operation to protect the loader and prolong the service life of loader accessories:

?? II. When shoveling soil, determine the loading amount according to the proportion of on-site soil, so as to insert the bucket from the front to avoid excessive bucket load and inclination during rotation.
?? 3. Retract the bucket when the loader (loader accessories) is driving. The bucket is about 400 ~ 500mm above the ground. Pay attention to whether there are roadblocks or high-voltage lines when driving. No one is allowed to ride except the specified driver. Do not carry people with the bucket
?? IV. when the loader (loader accessories) is driving, avoid sudden reversing driving. When the bucket is lifted with load, sharp turning and sudden braking are not allowed.
??5. When loading the earth moving vehicle, do not allow the bucket to pass through the cab of the earth moving vehicle. If there is no protective plate on the top of the car cab, no one is allowed to be in the car cab during excavator unloading.
?? 6. If the engine stalls on an inclined slope, put the bucket on the ground and brake, put each operating lever in the middle, and then start the engine
? among the loader accessories, the engine, torque converter, gearbox and front and rear drive axles are important.
?? there are three pumps on the torque converter, namely working pump (lifting and tipping pressure oil) steering pump (providing steering pressure oil) variable speed pump is also known as travel pump (providing torque converter and transmission pressure oil). Some models of steering pumps are also equipped with pilot pump (providing control valve pilot pressure oil).
?? there are two types of transmission: integrated (planetary) and split (fixed shaft).
? working hydraulic oil circuit, hydraulic oil tank, working pump, multi-way valve, lifting cylinder and tipping cylinder.
? drive: transmission shaft, main differential, wheel reducer.
? steering oil circuit: oil tank, steering pump, steady flow valve (or priority valve), steering gear and steering cylinder.
? traveling oil circuit: transmission oil pan oil, traveling pump, torque converter and gear valve.
