(1) The fault of throttle motor means that the throttle motor can't track the pulse signal sent by potentiometer well and can't keep normal operation.
(2) Reason:
① The throttle adjusting bolt is loose and loose, and the deformation of the throttle connector exceeds the spring deflection.
② The spring of the throttle connector is hardened and the telescopic elasticity is not enough.
③ The key switch is in the on position (including walking state), and the throttle motor stops abnormally during rotation due to abnormal external force.
(3) When the above faults are found, they shall be handled and repaired in time. When the throttle motor stops rotating and "abnormal electrical system" is displayed on the display screen, "0000" will be displayed where the time is displayed on the display screen. At this time, the power mode should be s mode. These faults are caused by the failure of relevant components of the throttle connector.
Prevent the engine from running in reverse
When the engine runs in reverse, stop it immediately in order to protect the engine and hydraulic system.
When the engine changes from positive to reverse, the engine oil pressure drop signal can be used to keep the pressure switch in the on position for 3S, turn the throttle motor to the engine stop position, and stop the engine that has been running (within 12s).
