On the end cap of the motor spline, the bite marks of the gear were found.Turn to check the connecting teeth and find the place where the last picture is underneath.The shims under the central sun teeth have been worn through, which does not play a limit role.When rotating, The four-star tooth moves up.When it reaches a top position, the center sun tooth is empty, resulting in no brake.After forcibly stopping, the four-star tooth returns to the lower position, so the rotation is normal, and the sound is because the center sun tooth is worn to the four-star Under the teeth.
Solution:
After replacing the new limit gasket, the fault disappeared.
