9. Maintenance of hydraulic system
During and immediately after the operation, the hydraulic oil temperature is still high. Therefore, special care should be taken when viewing and maintaining the hydraulic system.
①Place the machine on a level ground, lower the bucket to the ground, and then release the pressure of the hydraulic line.
② Stop the hydraulic excavator for coal mine and wait for the maintenance after the oil temperature drops. Even if the oil temperature drops, there is still pressure in the system. When checking and maintaining the hydraulic circuit, in order to release the internal pressure of the system, the air should be discharged from the hydraulic oil tank.
③ Regularly check the hydraulic oil level, replace the oil filter, and add hydraulic oil.
④After disassembling the high-pressure hose, check whether the O-ring or the seal is damaged. If damaged, it should be replaced.
⑤ After cleaning or replacing the filter element and filter screen of the hydraulic oil filter, or after disassembling the hydraulic pipeline, the air in the oil circuit should be exhausted.
⑥ There is high-pressure nitrogen in the accumulator. It is dangerous to use it incorrectly. It must be used strictly in accordance with the regulations.
