The use of clean diesel fuel is of particular importance for wheel loaders powered by diesel engines. If the diesel in the fuel tank is not clean, it will obviously aggravate the wear or corrosion of precision couplers such as fuel system plunger, fuel outlet valve and injector needle valve, thus greatly reducing the reliability and durability of the machine operation. To this end, pay attention to the daily maintenance of the fuel tank.


1. Before adding diesel oil to the fuel tank, it should be precipitated for more than 48h to prevent impurities in the oil from being carried into the fuel tank.


2. The loader is often scattered in the field. Because it is inconvenient to open the oil depot to refuel, it is often sent to the site with a barrel. At this time, the oil pumping unit that fills the machine must be clean and free of pollution, and it should also avoid pumping the precipitated oil at the bottom of the barrel into the oil tank.


3. The oil tank should be filled with oil after finishing the work every day or before stopping the operation, so as to prevent water droplets from flowing into the diesel oil due to condensation on the inner wall of the empty oil tank at night. It is necessary to use quality buckets and other attachments to look at the public number and make a grand view. In addition, before starting work, you should first open the oil tank drain valve to discharge the dirty oil or water deposited at the bottom of the tank.


4. During the operation of the machine, the amount of oil in the fuel tank should be grasped at all times, so that you are aware of it. You should add it in time when there is a shortage of oil, to prevent dirty oil or air at the bottom of the tank from entering the fuel system due to exhaustion of stored oil, thus affecting the normal operation of the diesel engine Running.


5. The vent hole on the fuel tank cap should be dredged frequently. If it is clogged, negative pressure will be formed in the tank, and the fuel delivery pressure and fuel supply volume will be reduced, so that the power of the diesel engine cannot be fully exerted.


6. When the oil tank leaks or the switch is not tightly closed, it not only pollutes the environment, but also easily causes fire, but also wastes diesel oil, which increases the operating cost. At this time, the welding should be stopped or the switch should be replaced, and the operation must not be forced to continue, otherwise the leakage will become more and more serious under the vibration of the machine, and cause greater losses.


7. Decontamination of the fuel tank. After long-term use of the machine, the diesel in the fuel tank will contact the air or the tank wall to generate a lot of dirt, part of which sinks into the bottom of the tank, and the other part adheres to the wall of the tank. At the same time, it is inevitable that dust, dust or moisture will be brought into the oil tank during the daily fueling process. Therefore, every 1000 ~ 1500h of the machine's operation, the fuel tank should be cleaned once, otherwise even if all the clean diesel is added, it will be contaminated. The oil tank of construction machinery is bulky, and it is laborious and time-consuming to remove and clean it.
