As an energy device of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic pump occupies a very important position in the hydraulic system. If the hydraulic pump fails, it is necessary to repair the excavator. Poor maintenance will affect the normal work of the entire hydraulic system.
1. The oil pump cannot suck oil
Reason 1: The oil inlet and outlet are reversed. Remedy: Select the correct connection method according to the instructions.
Reason 2: The oil viscosity is too high, which makes the blade movement inflexible. Exclusion method: Use the recommended viscosity working oil.
Reason 3: The oil temperature is too low, which makes the oil viscosity too high. Remedy: Warm to the recommended normal working oil temperature.
Reason 4: The suction pipe or filter device is blocked, causing poor oil absorption. Removal method: clean the pipeline or filter device, remove the blockage and replace or filter the hydraulic oil in the oil tank.
Reason 5: The filter accuracy of the suction port filter is too high to cause poor oil absorption. Elimination method: Select the filter correctly according to the instructions.
Reason 6: The low filtration accuracy of the system oil causes the blade to get stuck in the groove. Remedy: remove and clean the internal parts of the oil pump, carefully reassemble, and replace the hydraulic oil.
Reason 7: The suction of the small displacement oil pump is insufficient. Remedy: Fill the pump with hydraulic oil. Reason 8: Leakage in the suction pipe. Remedy: Check the connection of the pipeline, and seal and firm it.
2. The flow rate is insufficient to reach the rated value
Reason 1: The speed has not reached the rated speed. Remedy: Select generator speed according to the specified speed specified in the manual.
Reason 2: There is a leak in the system. Remedy: Check the system and repair the leak.
Reason 3: The pump cover screw is loose due to long-term operation and vibration of the oil pump. Remedy: Tighten the screws appropriately.
Reason 4: Air leakage in the suction pipe. Remedy: Check all connections and seal and tighten.
Reason 5: The oil level in the fuel tank is too low and the oil absorption is insufficient. Remedy: Replenish the oil above the minimum oil mark.
Reason 6: The inlet oil filter is blocked. Remedy: clean the filter or use an oil filter with a flow rate of more than twice the flow of the oil pump.
Reason 7: The suction pipe is blocked or the diameter is small. Remedy: clean the pipeline and use a suction pipe that is not smaller than the inlet diameter of the oil pump.
Reason 8: The oil viscosity is too high or too low. Exclusion method: Use the recommended viscosity working oil.
Reason 9: Improper adjustment of variable pump flow. Remedy: readjust to the required flow.
