Carbon deposits are deposits resulting from the incomplete combustion of the blow-by gas of fuel and lubricating oil.
(The main components are hydroxy acid, asphaltene, tar, etc.) The formation of deposits is directly related to the "fuel" and "lubricating oil" of the car: first, the carbon particles contained in the blow-by gas of "lubricating oil" The impact of a larger amount of carbon deposition during combustion:
1. Reduce engine power
2. Increase fuel consumption
3. Difficult cold start
4. Serious carbon deposits in the combustion chamber will also knock! Low speed acceleration has a loud sound, causing damage to the piston and crankshaft
5. Excessive emissions
Solution:
First: Fill high-quality gasoline. Impurities such as wax and gum in the fuel are the main components forming carbon deposits.
Second: Do not drive at idle for a long time. When the idling time is long, the time for the engine to reach the normal temperature will become longer. After the gasoline is sprayed to the back of the valve, the evaporation rate will be slow, and carbon deposition will also be born.
At the same time, often idling, the air flow into the engine is small, so that the scouring effect on carbon deposition becomes weak, which will promote the deposition of carbon deposits.
